Refund Policy

A straightforward process for getting help with digital delivery, missing files, technical problems, and refund requests.

Company: TSEC Risk & Cyber Advisory LLCEffective date: October 22, 2026Contact: info@tsecgrc.com
Our commitment: If a digital product is not delivered, the download is broken, or the files are materially different from the description, contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a corrected download, replacing files, or arranging a refund where appropriate and required by law.

1. Scope

This policy applies to digital products sold by TSEC Risk & Cyber Advisory LLC, including compliance templates, workbooks, dashboards, presentations, and related downloadable resources, unless a product-specific policy or separate written agreement states otherwise.

Because these are digital products, please review the product description, included files, supported formats, and license terms before purchasing. We aim to describe products accurately and provide the files stated on the relevant product page.

2. When to contact us about a refund

Please contact us if any of the following occurs:

We may first try to resolve the issue by restoring access, providing a working link, or supplying corrected or missing files. If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we will consider an appropriate refund or other remedy consistent with applicable law and the payment provider’s process.

3. Change of mind and duplicate purchases

Except where required by applicable law or stated otherwise on the product page, refunds are not automatic simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, purchased the wrong product, or did not use the materials. If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us promptly with the order details so we can review it.

A product’s usefulness depends on your organization’s circumstances, scope, implementation, and professional judgment. A product is not refundable solely because it does not produce a particular audit, certification, regulatory, customer, or business outcome, which TSEC does not guarantee.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies for non-conforming digital content, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law provides a right to cancel or obtain a refund, that law takes precedence over this policy.

4. How to request help or a refund

Email info@tsecgrc.com with the subject line “Digital Product Support / Refund Request.” Please include:

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after identifying a delivery or file issue. We may ask for reasonable additional information to locate the transaction and understand the problem. Do not email full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or government identification unless we specifically provide a suitable secure process.

5. Review and processing

We will review the information provided and may ask follow-up questions or attempt to reproduce a technical issue. We aim to respond within five business days, although complex cases or provider delays may take longer. This is a response target, not a guarantee of a final decision within that period.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method or the applicable payment provider’s process. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and financial institution. If Paddle is the merchant of record for your order, its checkout support and refund procedures may also apply; follow any instructions shown in your receipt or checkout confirmation. You may contact us as well, and we will help direct your request appropriately.

Where a refund is issued, access to the refunded product may be withdrawn and the license to use it ends, to the extent permitted by law. You must stop using and delete copies of the refunded product, except to the extent retention is required by law or the payment provider’s process.

6. Your legal rights

This policy is not intended to remove or reduce any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection or digital-content laws. Your rights may depend on where you reside, the nature of the purchase, and the circumstances. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory right controls.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products, payment arrangements, or legal requirements change. The “Effective date” at the top identifies the current version. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
